Refunds and Exchanges
We want you happy. You should be happy with your product(s). If you’re dissatisfied, you can expect full refunds or exchanges for equal value on unopened (if applicable) and unused products ONLY if they are returned within 30 days of the date the order was placed. If you elect to have a refund, it will be in the same manner of the original payment. For example, if you paid with a visa card that same card will be refunded.
If a product is damaged upon receipt, you have 5 days from the delivery date to notify Wicks ‘n Wax so that we can arrange for you to receive a replacement product.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and packages are returned to us at your own expense. However, Wicks ‘n Wax will waive shipping costs on the exchanged item(s) we send back out.
All items purchased on sale are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.

All orders are shipped out within 1-2 days of an order confirmation. Please note, during the summer months, we may make adjustments to your shipping so that it’s not damage by severe heat. In these cases you will be notified via email.
